Brian J. Bulaya -
Executive Director
As a former transportation planner, WeWork alum and startup consultant, Brian is interested in the design nexus between transportation, real estate and underused space to prompt new interactions between strangers.
His experience lies in facilitating design processes to increase the quality of life at the state, city, and neighborhood levels. Project management experience ranges across the real estate, transportation, and technology industries. Expertise in community engagement processes, data analysis, partnership creation, and strategy development + execution.
Brian holds a BA in Urban and Regional Planning from the California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and a MA in Urban Planning from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
